# Drink plenty of water. This helps to flush the kidneys and avoid them having to process concentrated streams of coffee and alcohol.
# Use an exfoliating cream on your face at least once a week. This helps to avoid an accumulation of dead skin cells. For example the Exfoliating cream from D R Harris is very good.
# Try and spend 20 to 30 minutes a week in a sauna and consume plenty of water at the same time. This helps to release toxins from under the skin.
# If you have access to one try an infrared sauna, these are said to penetrate the skin further and remove more toxins.
